and mister e’s 4th birthday day!!!
what a busy weekend!! not only was it aunt ashley’s wedding weekend, but uncle james & liz came in for the festivities! then grannie annie, papa keith, and aunt sissy came in to see james so we had quite the crew around to entertain
we started off friday with a little pre-rehearsal swimming at nanny & vanpa’s…

we let miss avery nap and then headed downtown to pick up cupcakes and get cleaned up for the rehearsal & rehearsal dinner…

mommy took the camera for a bit. opening gifts from ashley & mike…

then it was back to the hotel to rest up for a VERY busy 4th birthday day!!!
saturday morning we were just lazy in the hotel room. cc & aunt ashley stopped by just before 8 to bring e man his birthday pressie so we decided to get up and around. while we were finishing getting dressed to go down for breakfast, little man found his favorite toy again
after breakfast, we hung out with the girls in the bridal suite…
and then headed to the aquarium for a special birthday lunch for the big 4 year old!!!

after lunch, daddy, james, liz, evan & avery rode the train while the rest of us headed to the hotel to check in {nanny & vanpa}, shower, and get ready for the wedding!

when everyone got back from the train ride, aj went down for a nap in our room with daddy while e and I headed down to hang out in the bridal suite with the girls. e was so good!! he was happy to sit around and watch a movie on the ipad!
once aj woke up, we brought her down to annie to have her hair done. she thought she was BIG stuff!!!
then it was time to get dressed…
and head to the rice hotel for some pictures…

I don’t have any pics from the wedding but the kiddos did soooo well!! they stayed in the back with daddy until it was time to walk down the aisle to mommy. evan beelined straight for me while aj took a more casual approach. she slowly walked down the aisle smiling and cheesing including stopping to pose for the photographer
after the ceremony, we had family pictures and then it was reception time! after eating a little dinner, the kiddos hit the dance floor and got aunt ashley’s moneys worth out of the photo booth!!

after aunt ashley and uncle mike cut their cake, mister e was called to the front where the band sang him “happy birthday” and he got his very own birthday cake!! lucky boy!
around 1030, e started telling me he wanted to leave and that it was too loud. I had gone to get the stroller after he asked for it and shortly after, this is where I found him
sister had one last dance in her and then she was DONE!
nanny & vanpa headed back to the hotel with the kiddos so we could stay. this is what we found when we got back…
this morning, we got up, ate breakfast, visited with family at the hotel and then headed for nanny & vanpa’s. we were supposed to spend a lazy day in the pool with james & liz {they are leaving tomorrow}, but there were quite a few rain showers around so we ended up hanging out inside most of the day with a quick swim after nap time!
after showers and jammies, we loaded up and headed home! it was quite a packed weekend and we had so much fun!!
congrats mike & ashley blasczyk!!! we are so happy for you guys!!!
