miss stacia had to go to a church meeting so margot and natalee came over to play and eat dinner! we had so much fun and got to see what dinner with a 4, 3, 2, and 1 year old would be like

my kids LOVE to dance – especially avery! anytime they hear music, they love to shake their booty! I need to catch her on video when I turn on the music. she will run in from another room screaming “dance” and then stops and starts shaking her thing! precious!! I caught e & aj doing their thing {and then a slight wrestling match broke out}

miss thing has also started having to serve time in time-out when she is less than nice this time, she put herself in timeout and wouldn’t get up! goober!

big and little kid playdate.

jaxon, grayson, miss juliet, and miss jaclyn came over to play tonight. it was as much for the kiddos as it was for the big girls so much fun!!!

today, jaxon and grayson came over while their mommy interviewed for a new job. the three “big” kids played so well together while grayson and I snuggled. so fun!!!

lion king.

nanny, daddy, & mummy decided to take the little man to the lion king musical for a special day. we figured that since he loved lion king, he would probably enjoy this as well and we were not let down! this kiddo LOVED lion king {which, in his eyes, was just icing on the cake after getting a special dinner at the downtown aquarium {we won’t mention the fact that there is an aquarium about 3 minutes down the street from our house}.

avery jo stayed with her cc while e got his special afternoon and had a blast as well! thanks cc!

we started at the aquarium where e got his favorite dinner of “shark” – aka shrimp – and spent most of the time running up and down the tanks pointing out different cool fish! he loved it!!

after dinner, we walked back to the hobby center for the show.

e was so good during the show! we got him a blow up booster and he sat enamored through the entire thing! he was up WAY past his bedtime but was such a trooper!

after the show, we changed him into his jammies in the parking lot and after a small sing a long to some of the lion king songs, he crashed! he had such a great time!! thank you nanny for coming with us!

this dress was one of mine that my nanny made for me. it looks so sweet on our pretty little girl!!

2 cute evan things.

1. this morning, e and I were going through my facebook pics {there really aren’t that many because I rarely post pics to facebook but there are still some good ones!}. he saw a pic of me pregnant and I told him he was in my belly in that picture. he turned to me completely seriously and said “mommy, we don’t eat babies. we eat food. babies are yucky. food is yummy. we don’t eat babies!” haha!!!

2. he had a rough morning this morning. he went to bed a little late last night and got up at the normal time so he’s tired {and of course, not napping today but whatever}. I always make him get in his bed and after 45 minutes, if he’s not asleep, I go and get him and he can watch a tv show or movie while sister is asleep. I just got him and sat him next to me. he turned to me, looked me in the eyes and said “I love you so much mommy!” just what this mommy needed to hear today!! love these kids!

zoo.

today we headed to the zoo with the lauderdale girls, mrs. victoria, and maddox. it was a little cooler than it has been but it was still pretty warm! luckily the zoo put in a splash pad so after seeing some of the animals, we hit the splash pad and it was NICE! so glad we have a membership and can go whenever!! we might even go just to go to the splash pad
