when brian takes the kids to school in the morning, he always opens the door to evan’s room for him and lets him go in while he drops off avery. then he comes back and drops off e’s backpack and gives him a kiss goodbye. yesterday, when he went to give e a kiss, evan was sitting at a table with 4 books. he handed one to brian and said “read please.” how can you resist that?? so brian plopped himself down in one of the mini chairs and started reading e the book. by page 2, he had quite the audience of 2 year olds! apparently he ended up reading the story to the entire class :) how sweet!! it might also be a new tradition. story number 2 was read this morning after a sweet request from mister evan!
