the rest of our week was not nearly as fun as the beginning at the river. on thursday, evan was diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth and while he had a mild case, poor baby had about 20 ulcers in his mouth that made eating and really even moving his mouth very painful 
sunday morning, after being cooped up for a few days, we decided to head out and ride the ferry. e had been symptom free for 24 hours so off we went!
then time for lunch on the water…
