little miss ended up having to get tubes today. she had basically been on antibiotics since late december with a few breaks here and there so it was time. we had to be at the main kelsey seybold clinic at 6am so cc was nice enough to come and stay with the e man. aj did great although she was digging in her backpack for some food. poor sister just knew there was something in there for her!
i didn’t get any pictures because we spent the entire time before the surgery chasing her and the entire time afterwards snuggling with her but she was such an angel! luckily brian was able to get her away from me while i was talking to the drs and so we had them take her back without seeing me again just to avoid the meltdown.
they were done quickly and we were called back within a few minutes. little miss had already had some juice and was a little fussy. after a little while, i was able to calm her down and she fell asleep in my arms. on the ride home, she was eating her breakfast, just like her brother. we are so relieved that everything went well and we are hoping these tubes provide a little relief for our poor little girl!!!
