mister e got to have a special big boy trip to sesame street live as an only child {don’t feel too badly for avery. she got to spend the afternoon with nanny and vanpa as an only child – poor thing:)}. after nap, we headed to reliant to the special pre-show activities.
on the way…really evan ray?? :)
ernie even came over and touched e’s head! 
during intermission, they were selling sno-cones. evan saw them and told me he wanted ice cream. i didn’t have any cash and brian was off getting e a hot dog for dinner so i told him we could stop and get ice cream on the way home.
after the show, brian and i still hadn’t eaten and we knew there was a freebirds close by so we took little man for some “cake” instead. he was fairly happy with the trade-off and managed to make a complete mess of himself:) we definitely had a happy boy on our hands!!
it was really fun to get some one on one time with our little man!! guess miss avery is up for a one on one date soon :)
