we took it fairly easy this last weekend. saturday, we got up and went to a local farmer’s market and then brian had another soccer game. they asked me if i wanted to play again {i used to play for this team but stopped playing when i got pregnant with evan. i have not done anything this aerobically challenging since then so the thought of playing soccer was a bit intimidating!!}. i told them i would try so my parents came down to watch e during the game. the good news is that i survived and it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be but man, i was sucking air a few times!! we went back to the house where evan took a nap while mum and i got pedicures and then we went and ate. overall, a fairly fun day :) unfortunately, i forgot my camera…
sunday, e decided to wake up super early :( he has decided that brian and i are his personal jungle gyms so he spent his morning climbing all over us.
sunday afternoon, we headed over to cc’s house where we grilled out with cc, aunt barbie, and uncle mike. evan also “swam” for the first time {we didn’t bring his swimsuit or a swimming diaper – oh well!!} he loved it!! i think we have a water baby on our hands!!
