well, it’s here. my baby boy is a kindergartener and, while I’m sad our fun days of waking up and deciding to go to the zoo, etc are over{at least until next summer}, we are so excited for him and this next chapter! evan couldn’t wait to get to school and see mrs. munoz again which made everything so much easier!
the only tears of the morning came from little sister who was initially refused a goodbye hug…
{second day addition: no one warned me about day 2 when your baby heads off down the hall all by themselves. this was way worse than the first day and may or may not have resulted in this mommy who does not cry a lot nearly breaking down in tears because she didn’t know if her baby got lost or got to class
