because aj’s birthday is so close to christmas, we didn’t get her very much at all for her birthday so that if we decided to get her something during the year, we wouldn’t feel badly about it. in my head, I was really thinking that she would probably want a bike before next december so when she was ready, we could just get her one. well, she decided she was ready {it might have had to do with the fact that the little girl across the street likes to ride her bike which means that e now likes to ride his bike which meant that little sister across the street got her bike out and left this little sister with nothing to ride 
anyway, we had been looking around and I found a really cute bike that was girly but not all pink. big bonus: it has a carrier for avery’s baby dolls!! after seeing it online at toys r us {and having a coupon for in store this weekend
sadly, this bike was some assembly required so when we got home, we had a little picnic and put her bike together. daddy couldn’t get it together fast enough for this little girl! I’m sure the “help” he was getting from his little monsters cut down on the assembly time
